Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to own a gym?
No. Performance Partners may work with existing gyms, fitness facilities, recreation centers, schools, clubs or other community organizations. Any facility relationship is arranged locally and remains subject to the applicable agreements and program standards.
Do I have to run events?
No. Events are optional. Some partners may focus primarily on coaching and local training, while others may choose to develop clubs, showcases or events as their market grows.
Is NACAP Certification required for Performance Partner?
Yes. NACAP Certification is included with Performance Partner enrollment and provides the professional education foundation for teaching armwrestling responsibly. It should not be purchased separately.
Is there territory exclusivity?
Territory or market exclusivity is not guaranteed by this webpage. Any geographic rights, activity requirements or restrictions must be stated in the final signed Performance Partner agreement.
How does the quarterly payment option work?
The current option is four fixed payments of $1,125, charged every three months, for the $4,500 annual enrollment. The exact billing dates, authorization and payment-plan terms are disclosed before checkout is completed.
Can the certification training be completed virtually?
Yes. The NACAP training and assessment are delivered through the secure House of Arms customer portal. Any optional live, in-person or advanced experiences will be identified separately.
Is Performance Partner a franchise?
No franchise relationship is created unless a separate written agreement specifically says otherwise. The final Performance Partner agreement controls the relationship.
Does House of Arms guarantee leads or income?
No. Results depend on many factors, including effort, experience, market conditions and execution. House of Arms does not guarantee leads, clients, revenue, profit or other business results.
How is the program delivered?
Digital resources are delivered through the House of Arms customer portal. Onboarding instructions are normally provided within two business days after successful payment and account verification.
What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. An approved refund cancels the enrollment, license and access to Performance Partner systems, training and resources. After 14 days, refunds are generally unavailable, and installment-plan obligations continue under the enrollment agreement. Review the full Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy.
