Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

House of Arms offers different programs for personal training, professional certification and business development. Because each program is different, the refund, cancellation and transfer terms below apply according to the product purchased.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from through its websites, checkout pages or authorized sales channels.
1. Learn Armwrestling — $197
Learn Armwrestling is a self-paced online training program. If you decide the program is not right for you, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Once a refund has been processed, access to Learn Armwrestling and its related digital resources will be removed.
2. NACAP Certification — $997
NACAP Certification is a professional education and assessment program for individuals who want to become certified armwrestling instructors or qualify for the House of Arms Performance Partner Program.
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided you have not:
- Attended any live certification training;
- Attempted the certification assessment; or
- Been awarded NACAP Certification.
Viewing the preparatory online training materials does not, by itself, affect refund eligibility during the 14-day period.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled certification session, you may request one transfer to a future available certification date. Transfer requests must be made before the scheduled session begins.
If you enroll in the House of Arms Performance Partner Program within 90 calendar days of purchasing NACAP Certification, 100% of the $997 certification purchase price will be credited toward your Performance Partner enrollment. The credit is not redeemable for cash, may be used only by the original purchaser and cannot exceed the amount actually paid for certification.
Once a NACAP refund has been processed, the certification enrollment is canceled and access to certification materials and related resources will be removed.
3. Performance Partner Program — $4,500
The House of Arms Performance Partner Program is a business licensing and development program. Performance Partner enrollment includes the required NACAP Certification for participants who have not already completed it. Certification is part of the Performance Partner onboarding process and is not an additional charge.
If you decide the Performance Partner Program is not right for you, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.
Once an approved refund has been processed:
- Your Performance Partner enrollment will be canceled;
- Your House of Arms Performance Partner license and brand-use rights will immediately terminate; and
- Access to Performance Partner systems, training, resources, member-only materials and program benefits will be removed.
After the 14-day refund period, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law or approved by House of Arms, LLC in its sole discretion.
If you selected an installment payment option, cancellation after the refund period does not eliminate remaining payment obligations under your enrollment agreement.
4. How to Request a Refund, Cancellation or Transfer
Send your request to or use the Contact page. Include:
- Your full name;
- The email address used for the purchase;
- The product purchased;
- The purchase date; and
- The order or transaction number, if available.
A refund request is timely when it is received before the applicable deadline expires. House of Arms may request additional information needed to verify the purchase or process the request.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. House of Arms will normally submit an approved refund or void to its payment processor within five business days. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
6. Separate Agreements and Other Purchases
A signed enrollment or licensing agreement may contain additional terms concerning payment obligations, onboarding, intellectual property, licensing, termination or program participation. If a signed agreement directly conflicts with this policy, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
Event tickets, physical merchandise, sponsor packages and third-party products may have separate refund, cancellation, transfer, shipping or delivery terms displayed at the time of purchase. Purchases made from an independent third party are governed by that third party’s terms.
7. Billing Questions and Chargebacks
Please contact House of Arms promptly regarding billing questions or unauthorized transactions so the matter can be investigated. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not expand the refund rights stated in this policy.
