House of Arms · Coaching Network

Bring your strength.
Share your skill.

More support for your classes. More opportunities for certified armwrestlers.

We connect armwrestlers who want to teach with Performance Partners who need an extra set of hands. Your HOA coordinator handles the match so you can focus on the people at the table.

Applications and requests are reviewed by HOA. A submission is not a confirmed assignment.

02 / PERFORMANCE PARTNERS

Get the class support you need.

Whether you need help demonstrating techniques, assisting participants or delivering a busy weekend of classes, tell us what would make the biggest difference.

  • Share your dates, location and class goals
  • Tell us the audience, schedule and support needed
  • HOA checks partner eligibility, funding and coach availability
  • You and the coach approve the assignment before confirmation
You teach. We help coordinate.

Your coordinator identifies a suitable coach and works with you to agree on the weekend’s responsibilities.

Support depends on available funding and a suitable match. Requesting help does not reserve a coach or confirm a booking.

How the network works

A personal match.
A well-planned weekend.

  1. 01

    Tell us about yourself

Armwrestlers create a profile. Partners submit their class support request.

  2. 02

    We review and match

HOA verifies coach eligibility and checks partner needs, location, availability and funding.

  3. 03

    Everyone confirms

The coach and partner agree on dates, class scope and responsibilities before HOA confirms the assignment.

  4. 04

    Teach, verify, pay

After the weekend, HOA verifies delivery with the partner and routes the coach fee for finance approval.

Ask About Supporting the Network
Before you get started

Your questions, answered.

Do I need to be certified before applying?

No. You can submit a profile while working toward NACAP certification. HOA must verify your certification, orientation and coordinator approval before you are eligible for a paid assignment.

Does being on the approved armwrestler list make me eligible?

The existing approved armwrestler list is a starting point. Being on it does not replace verified NACAP certification or the Coaching Network’s orientation and approval process.

Who pays for certification, travel and hotels?

The applicant pays certification costs. Coaches are responsible for their own travel and lodging; HOA does not reimburse those costs. Consider those expenses before accepting an assignment.

How much will I be paid?

The proposed fee is $500 per armwrestler for a weekend assignment. The coordinator confirms the dates, teaching scope and agreed fee before acceptance. Payment requires verified completion and finance approval.

Is work or class support guaranteed?

No. Placements depend on verified eligibility, suitable class needs, availability, location and funding. HOA confirms an assignment only after the coach and partner accept it.

Can a partner request help for more than one weekend?

Yes. Submit a separate request for each weekend so HOA can review the dates, class needs and funding for each assignment.
